Atta-ur-Rehman School of Applied Biosciences (ASAB) is the home of Pakistan’s largest biotech cluster and this pool of expertise is an invaluable resource, enabling industry to access biotechnological skills. It is unique in having established expertise across a broad range of biotechnology, thereby encouraging innovative approaches to R & D. Areas of expertise include health care biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, food and plant biotechnology.
As per SDG – 3 put forth by the United Nations, NUST has made round the clock advancements in the field of Cancer as well as Hepatitis research. We have a well resilient team whose active response against the early advancements in the Bio-Tech industry is commendable.
